Order Processing/Shipping

Free Delivery: If you're located in the 45365 zip code area, you can choose delivery of your order. You will be notified when your order is ready to be delivered so we can set a date/time if necessary to deliver your order.

Pick Up at a Sidney location: If you prefer to pick up your order at a Sidney location, choose "Pick Up" or "Deliver" options as your delivery method. If you choose "Deliver," please provide your delivery address in the comment area during check out.

Shipping: We strive to ship merchandise in 24-72 hours from receipt of your order. Currently, all orders are shipped via USPS first class or priority mail at discounted shipping prices. We will send an email confirmation with a tracking number when your order is shipped. CR Designs cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays once the order is shipped.

Since we order limited quantities of merchandise, items saved in your shopping cart for extended periods of time may have sold out and no longer be available at checkout.

Returns

Merchandise may be returned for a refund or store credit within 20 calendar days* of the date your order shipped from our warehouse. Returned items must remain unworn and unused with original tags still attached. We do not accept returns of used handbags, jewelry, clothing or other merchandise. Items that appear to be worn or used will not be accepted and may be returned at your expense. All items purchased from our Sale/Clearance section are considered final and cannot be returned.

*If you let us know that your order is a Christmas gift purchase, you will have 15 calendar days after Christmas to return/exchange your order.

If your merchandise can be returned per our policy outlined above, please:

  1. Complete the return form included with your shipment and return it with your package.
  2. Carefully package up your merchandise to withstand normal handling and shipping.
  3. Once your package is received back at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process it. Once the return is processed, a gift card/store credit code will be emailed to you. The code can be used towards another purchase.
  4. Return your item to: CR Designs, 1348 Westwood Dr., Sidney, OH 45365.

If you are a local customer, we can also arrange for a drop off of your return/exchange.

Exchanges

We order very limited quantities of merchandise so we can't guarantee an exchange. If we're able to make the exchange, we'll do so. Otherwise a gift card/store credit will be issued for you to use on a future purchase.
